1. Reorganize the affiliated state enterprise "Infrakos-Ekos" of the Republican state company "Infrakos" of National space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Karyshekologiya research center of National space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. Determine the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company.
3. Determine the main object of activity of the company applied scientific research in the field of providing ecological safety of space-rocket activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To national space agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;
2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) to provide acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
5. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 05.08.2013 No. 796
2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683
