About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic Kyrgyzstan, 1993, No. 3, the Art. 90) the following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Law in state language to replace the word "article" with the word "berene".
2. In Article 1:
state part 4 in the following edition:
"Sales of goods, made in free economic zones, in the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic is allowed to subjects of free economic zones if conversion was resulted by change of classification code of goods according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity at the level of any of the first four signs concerning conversion products.";
add Article with parts 5 and 6 of the following content:
"In case of identification of cases of violation by subjects of free economic zones of the regulations established by this Article the directorate of free economic zones deprives of their status of subjects of SEZ.
The legal entities deprived of the status of subjects of SEZ are not allowed further to registration in the territories of free economic zones of the Kyrgyz Republic. Besides, rates of customs duties on country of source are applied to the goods realized with violation of the regulations specified in this Article.".
3. Add Article 2 with parts 2 - 4 following of content:
