Article 1.

The State Parties will give support to the companies to producers of medical products, pharmaceutical service and system of the iatrotechnics in ensuring production and supply of medicines, vaccines and other immunobiological medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment for own state needs and according to intergovernmental agreements.

Article 2.

The State Parties agreed to create interstate system of cooperation in the field of production and mutual supply of medicines, vaccines and other immunobiological medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment.

Article 3.

The State Parties will charge to Council for cooperation in the field of health care of the Commonwealth of Independent States in coordination with the interested ministries and departments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth in two-month time to prepare specific proposals on the mechanism of functioning of interstate system.

Article 4.

The State Parties will assist in implementation of mutual payments for the delivered medicines, vaccines and other immunobiological medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment in first-priority procedure irrespective of condition of paying balance between them, apart from payment of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment by means of settlement of paying balance between the State Parties of this agreement.
