According to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance which are applied.
2. To department of the consolidated budget (Pridnya T. G.) and to legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 17.11.2010 No. 26-1 "About approval of the Regulations on movement of funds of single fee for obligatory national social insurance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.12.2010 for No. 1207/18502.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of Koronevsky V. M.
