About some questions of implementation of currency exchange transactions by physical persons

For the purpose of streamlining of implementation by physical persons of the currency exchange transactions connected with sale of foreign currency to them in the domestic foreign exchange market of the Republic of Belarus, prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way and financings of terrorist activities:

1. Determine that sale of foreign currency, payment documents in foreign currency for Belarusian rubles to physical persons is performed by banks of the Republic of Belarus in case of presentation of the identity document which data are subject to registration according to the procedure, established by National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

2. To provide to National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in month after its official publication, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of signing of this Decree.
