About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of legal regulation of ensuring realization of housing laws of residents of hostels

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part third of article 9 of the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (1983, appendix to No. 28, 573) to state sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR to the Art. in such edition:

"Citizens have the right to privatization of apartments (houses) of the state housing stock, premises in the hostels which are in property of territorial societies or their acquisition in housing cooperatives, at the exchange biddings, by individual housing construction or obtaining in property on other bases provided by the law".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state housing stock" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 36, Art. 524; 1994, No. 24, Art. 182; 1997, No. 12, Art. 100; 2006, No. 22, Art. 184; 2008, No. 46, Art. 323; 2011, No. 4, Art. 22):

Word preamble in paragraph one "housing which is in state-owned property" shall be replaced with words 1) "the state housing stock";

2) in Article 1:

in word part one "apartments in the hostels intended for accommodation of families and lonely persons (further - living space in hostels) (taking into account provision of part two of article 2 of this Law)" shall be replaced with words "premises in the hostels intended for accommodation of families and lonely persons";

add with part three of such content:

"Features of privatization of premises in hostels are determined by the law";

3) in Article 2:

in Item 1 of the word of "the room in hostels" shall be replaced with words "premises in hostels (living rooms, residential blocks (sections))";
