About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning property acquisition of subjects of managing of public sector of economy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. 18-22, 144):

1) in Article 75:

the fifth to add part with the paragraph third such content:

"The fund of state-owned property of Ukraine acts as the organizer of sale of real estate according to the procedure who is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

in part six:

after words of "financial plan" to add with the words "if another is not provided by the law";

add with the paragraph the second such content:

"The means received from sale of real estate less the book (residual) value of such property if another is not established by the law, are enlisted in the general fund of the Government budget of Ukraine";

Part the fourth Article 77 to add 2) with the paragraph third such content:

"The fund of state-owned property of Ukraine acts as the organizer of sale of real estate according to the procedure who is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. Item 2 parts one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property" (2006, No. 46, the Art. 456) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the subitem "k" of the following content:

"j) acts in the cases established by the legislation as the organizer of sale of real estate of the state unitary enterprises".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of publication of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction of the regulatory legal acts by executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
