About introduction of amendments to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 38, the Art. 509) such changes:

"4. The basis for carrying out state registration of the birth of the child are the documents determined by the central executive body in the field of health care confirming the birth fact.

In case of the child's birth out of health care institution the document confirming the birth fact issues institution of health care which performed inspection of mother and child. If the institution of health care did not perform inspection of mother and child, the document confirming the birth fact is issued by the medical consulting commission according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The procedure for formation of the medical consulting commission and regulations on it affirm the central executive body in the field of health care.

The medical consulting commission issues the document on the birth in case of factual determination of the birth by the child's woman.

In the absence of the document of institution of the health care or the medical consulting commission confirming the birth fact, the basis for carrying out state registration of acts of civil status is the judgment about factual determination of the birth";

Part the ninth to exclude 2).

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
