About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility of officials of public authorities and local government bodies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Article 41 of the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

To add 1) after part one with new part of such content:

"The owner or the body authorized by him on own initiative shall terminate the employment contract in case of further violation by the official of requirements of the legislation in the field of licensing and concerning issue of the documents of allowing nature provided by articles 166-10, 166-12 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses".
