About redistribution of some expenses of the government budget provided to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for 2011 and introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 No. 1147 and of February 28, 2011 No. 163

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for 2011 in the government budget, expense reallocation of development in the amount:

1) 27605 thousand hryvnias on the general fund of the government budget by reduction of amount of expenses according to the program 2401030 "Development and deployment of complex information system of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine" and increases in their amount according to the program 2401270 "Complex realization of the state environmental policy, implementation of nature protection actions";

2) 22778, 9 thousand hryvnias on special fund of the government budget by reduction of amount of expenses according to the program 2401280 "Implementation of the nature protection actions directed to the prevention and mitigation of consequences of the negative natural phenomena" and increases in their amount according to the program 2401270 "Complex realization of the state environmental policy, implementation of nature protection actions".

2. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources:

approval of expense reallocation of the government budget, stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

the direction of expenses according to redistribution on implementation of technologies of remote sensing of Earth for carrying out the state monitoring of the surrounding environment using automation equipment and geographic information systems - the first stage;

2) to the Ministry of Finance - introduction after the specified approval of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
