About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 11, the Art. 510) the following amendments and changes:

1. Part of 1 Article 1 after words to "the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with the words "pursuing state policy and exercising control in the field of the national social insurance and provision of pensions".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 2:

the paragraph third after words of "medical insurance" to add with words ", Fund of improvement of workers";

to add the paragraph of the sixth after words of "medical insurance" with the words "and Fund of improvement of workers";

"-development and entering of offers into the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on forming of the main directions of the state tariff policy in the field of the national social insurance and provision of pensions, to enhancement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic determining procedure for the national social insurance and provision of pensions including accumulated portion;".

3. To add part 2 of Article 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"-on financing of expenses on improvement and rest of insured persons and members of their families which are in their dependence according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

4. In Article 5:

part 2 after words of "medical insurance" to add with words ", Fund improvements of workers";

in part 6 of the word "Ministries of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and authorized body on distribution of fund of the improvement of workers determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
