About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10, the Art. 1111) the following changes:
1. In the paragraph the twentieth part 1 of Article 3 of the word "discounts from customs duties, release from" shall be replaced with words "releases from customs duties,".
2. Article 14 in paragraph three to replace the word "financed" with the word "financed".
3. To state part 2 of Article 16 in the following edition:
"The energy companies which are not carrying out the obligations assigned by the law compensate compensation in the amount of lost profit of RES producers.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after one month from the moment of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time from the date of the introduction of this Law in force to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
