REGULATIONS OF APPROVAL OF PROJECTS OF THE REGULATORY LEGAL ACTS REPRESENTED BY STATE BODIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

These Regulations are developed for the purpose of determination of procedure for approval of projects of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan submitted by state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval with the National commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on securities (further referred to as "The national commission"), and establish rules and the procedure of consideration of the specified projects.

Chapter 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The concepts used in these Regulations mean the following:

1) "the interested organizations" - the organizations involved by the National commission in consideration of the Project (associations and self-regulatory organizations of professional participants of the security market, organizers of the biddings with securities and other possible organizations);

2) "head of department" - the chief of any Management or its deputy (in the absence of the chief of this Management);

3) "Chairman" - Chairman of the National commission or chief executive of the National commission, its replacement;

4) "Project" - the project of regulatory legal act submitted by any state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval with the National commission;

5) "the assistant of the Chairman" - the assistant (the senior reviewer) of the Chairman;

6) "Management" - management of central office of the National commission or the department of central office of the National commission (including the department which is part of any management of central office of the National commission) which is in direct to podchinenii of the Chairman or коголибо from chief executives of the National commission;
