Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the refugee person who, without being citizen of the Party which granted shelter was forced to leave the place of the permanent residence in the territory of other Party owing to made concerning it or members of his family of violence or prosecution is recognized other forms or real danger to undergo to prosecution on the basis of racial or national identity, religion, language, political convictions, and also belonging to certain social group in connection with the armed and international conflicts.

The refugee person who committed crime against the world, humanity or other intentional criminal offense cannot be recognized.

Article 2

For the purposes of this agreement the displaced person person who, being citizen of the Party which granted shelter was forced to leave the place of the permanent residence in the territory of other Party owing to made concerning it or members of his family of violence or prosecution is recognized other forms or real danger to undergo to prosecution on the basis of racial or national identity, religion, language, political convictions, and also belonging to certain social group in connection with the armed and international conflicts.
