In the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of July 18, 2008 No. 105 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of information process in activities of participants of system of forming of credit stories and their uses, forming of security system, establishment of the minimum requirements to their electronic equipment, safety of the database of credit stories and to rooms" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5310, published on October 15, 2008 in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 10, on October 30, 2008 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 166 (1566)) to make the following addition and change:
