1. Approve the enclosed Rules of creation and representation by the clearing organizations performing interbank clearing, the daily reporting and to enact from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To legal department (Sizova S. I.) together with Management of payment systems (Musayev P.H.) register this resolution and Rules of creation and submission of the daily reporting by the clearing organizations in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To management of payment systems (Musayev R. N.) in two weeks from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution and Rules of creation and submission of the daily reporting by the clearing organizations to data of the clearing organizations.
4. To department of information technologies (Polikarpov O. Yu.) in III quarter 1999 to provide completion the "Clearing statistics" established in Management of payment systems of the software.
5. To management of planning and control of the budget (Galiyeva D. T.) together with Department of information technologies (Polikarpov O. Yu.) when carrying out adjustment by results of work of the first half of the year 1999 to provide necessary money for development of the corresponding software in the budget (expense budget) of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 1999.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdulina N. K.
