About approval of Rules of the organization and functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2001 No. 8 "About measures for further enhancement of the wholesale market of electric power and energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1366.
3. (Bertisbayev N. B.) to provide to department of power industry and solid fuel carrying out state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. Determine that the subitem 3) of Item 23, the subitem 4) of Item 30, the subitem 3) of Item 31, the subitem 3) of Item 35 of Rules are effective till December 31, 2005.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2005, except for the subitem 3) of Item 6, of Item 19, of the subitem 2) of Item 23, of the subitem 3) of Item 30, of the subitem 2) of Item 35 of Rules which extend to the relations which arose since January 1, 2006.
