1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of level of temporary decreasing coefficient to rates (rates of charges) for the services of air navigation referred to the sphere of natural monopoly.

2. To department on regulation and control in the field of telecommunications and air navigation of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition (Dosmagambet E. M.) provide approval of this order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To department of administrative and territorial work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition (Tokareva M. A.) after approval of this order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this order to the attention of the subjects of natural monopoly rendering services to air navigation.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition Ertlesova Zh. D.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
