For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry" and streamlinings of energy inspection of the organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting energy examination.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of power industry and solid fuel state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To committee of the state energy supervision of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ramazanov M. Z.) bring this order to the attention of the organizations performing energy examination.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of power industry and solid fuel (Bertisbayev N. B.).
5. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
