1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of level of temporary decreasing coefficient to applicable fare (the price, rate of charge) on services in transfer of electrical energy and (or) technical scheduling of leave in network of electrical energy.
2. To department of administrative and territorial work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition (Tokareva M. A.) bring this order to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition and open joint stock company "The Kazakhstan company on management of power networks of "KEGOC".
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition Ertlesova Zh. D.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
