The State Parties of this Convention on behalf of the governments, hereinafter referred to as "Parties",

being guided by the Agreement on creation of Economic union of September 24, 1993,

including creation of effective coordination of systems of emission and security circulation by necessary condition of functioning of the Payment union,

aiming to promote growth of economic potential of national economies,

agreed as follows:

Part I. General provisions

Article 1. Main terms

For the purposes of this Convention the stated below terms mean the following:

capitalization of the security market - one of indicators of scales of the security market and economy in general determined as the amount of works of rates of separate types of the securities which are in circulation based on which the general indicator, these securities increased by quantity is calculated;

the state security market (security markets) - set of the national security markets of the Parties;

residents, nonresidents - recognized as those according to legislations of the Parties;

Article 2. Convention purpose

The procedure for state registration of release of issued securities is determined by the legislation of the Party of the issuer of securities.
