About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2005 No. 285

1. Part the fourth Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2005 No. 285 "About some measures for regulation of business activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 103, 1/6561; 2007, No. 4, 1/8211; 2009, No. 4, 1/10341; 2010, No. 66, 1/11477; 149, 1/11723) to state No. in the following edition:

"In case of implementation by the individual entrepreneurs who are according to the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus payers of the single tax from individual entrepreneurs and other physical persons (further - the single tax), business activity without receipt of special permission (license) or failure to pay by them in accordance with the established procedure (payments not in full) the single tax and (or) the value added tax in fixed amount state registration of such individual entrepreneurs can be cancelled according to the decision of registering body based on representations of the state bodies which revealed these violations.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
