Changes which are made to the Rules of filing of application about the order means (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2008 No. 779n

1. Add with Item 3.1. following content:

"3.1. The application for the order with all necessary documents can be submitted in the form of electronic documents.

The statement for the order and documents submitted in the form of electronic documents:

are drawn up according to the requirements to formats of statements and other documents established by authorized federal executive body;

are signed according to requirements of the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 N 63-FZ "About the digital signature" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 15, Art. 2036; N 27, of the Art. 3880);

are represented to territorial authorities of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation with use of electronic media and (or) information and telecommunication networks public, including the Internet:

personally or through the legal representative in case of visit of territorial authority of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation;

by means of the Single portal of the state and municipal services (functions) (without use of electronic media);

the different way allowing to transfer the statement in electronic form and documents.".

2. In Item 7:
