Article 1. Recognize invalid:

article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 10, the Art. 955);

The law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Fund of development of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 10, the Art. 956).

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
