1. Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About measures of counteraction to the illegal address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and to abuse of them" (1995, 10, the Art. 62) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in such edition:
"Article 9. Stop and the termination of activities of institutions of mass stay of citizens in which the facts of the use or sale of drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs are elicited
In case of establishment of the facts systematic or mass (three and more persons) the use or sale of drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs in institutions of mass finding of citizens (restaurants, cafe, bars, movie theaters, night clubs, discos, gambling halls, entertainment complexes and so forth) and rejection by officials of such institutions of measures for prevention of the use or sale of drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs after the official prevention by law enforcement agencies activities of such institutions for provision of law enforcement agencies stop court for a period of three months and if for year the repeated fact of the use or sale of drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs - for a period of six months is determined.
The decision on stop of activities of institutions of mass stay of citizens is made by court for month from the date of receipt of representation of law enforcement agencies. Throughout judgment effective period about stop of activities of such institutions to the corresponding address activities of any similar institutions are forbidden.
If upon termination of effective period of the specified actions the new fact of the use or sale of drugs is elicited, psychotropic substances or their analogs in institutions of mass finding of citizens, activities of such institutions stop court in the procedure established by the law".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
