the special commissions under khokimiyats of the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region on consideration of questions of permanent registration of the citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan arriving from other regions of the republic.
2. Determine that the permanent registration and accounting of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region is made by law-enforcement bodies in the place of their stay.
3. To provide to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan constant and system surveillance over observance of the rights of citizens to permanent registration, and also legislations in this sphere.
4. Make changes and additions to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 26, 1999 of N UP-2240 "About Enhancement of Passport System of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of January 5, 2011 N UP-4262 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Passport System in the Republic of Uzbekistan" according to appendix.
