1.1. In the subitem "e" of the word and figures "and also the audit certificate (auditing firm) (if the bank acts as open joint stock company, the audit certificate does not go) which goes in the form determined in item 7.1 of Section 7 of the Regulations on order of registration of share issue and bonds of the companies and information on their issue in edition of the decision of the Commission of 09.02.2001 No. 18, registered in the Ministry of Justice 25.05.2001 for No. 449/5640" to exclude.
