About approval of Changes in Safety rules for coal mines

According to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 18.05.2011 No. 521 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2006" I ORDER to No. 374:

1. Approve Changes in the Safety rules for coal mines approved by the order of Gosgorpromnadzor of 22.03.2010 No. 62, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.06.2010 for No. 398/17693, which are applied.

2. To public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine (Hokhotva O. I.):

2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Enter changes in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine Hokhotva O. I.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in Safety rules for coal mines

1. In the Section IV:

1.1. In Chapter 1:

1.1.1. Add Item 8 with the new paragraph of such content:

"In the mines dangerous on methane, the single system of monitoring in the mine atmosphere of methane shall function (except mines I of category). The officials who are specially designated by the subject of managing exercise control of effective use of such systems at the coal companies.".
