1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. subitem 6.26 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9385; 2008, No. 54, 5/26856) to exclude;
1.2. from Item 8 of the Regulations on state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2009 No. 698 "About state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 136, 5/29855), words", issue of permission to the right of production of seal of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Court" to exclude.
2. To the Ministry of Justice in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
