About creation of "Republican Center of Water Sports" joint-stock company

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create "Republican Center of Water Sports" joint-stock company (daleeobshchestvo) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of Society rendering fizkulturnoozdorovitelny and sports services.

3. To perform forming of the authorized capital of Society due to the state-owned property which is in trust management at Central Swimming Pool joint-stock company for the total amount of 678 466 935 (six hundred seventy eight million four hundred sixty six thousand nine hundred thirty five) tenges.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) forming of the authorized capital of Society according to Item 3 of this resolution;

2) approval of the charter of Society and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) transfer to Committee on sport of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of Society;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
