Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of February 20, 2009 No. 57-OD "About approval of Rules of differentiation by the power supplying organizations of rates for electrical energy for zones of days and (or) depending on amounts of its consumption by physical persons" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5602, No. 53 published in "The legal newspaper" of April 10, 2009 (1650)), the following amendments:

"In case of application of two-level rates inhabitants of houses without centralized hot water supply and inhabitants of earlier installed gas houses in which the system of centralized gas supply does not function, based on information of the heatsupplying, gas supplying organizations or local executive bodies of the respective region are equated to the physical persons using electric stoves.";
