About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for opening and account management in precious metals

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for opening and account management in precious metals approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2006 No. 57 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 70, 8/14306; No. 205, 8/15445), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 2:

the eighteenth to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:

"the correspondent metal account - the metal account opened by head organization of bank for central office of National Bank, head organization of authorized bank, nonresident bank;";

add with part three of the following content:

"The terms "electronic document" and "card of open key of verification of the digital signature" have the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 15, 2/1665).";

1.2. exclude item 4;

1.3. state Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"CHAPTER 2 OPENING OF METAL ACCOUNTS

6. The basis for opening of the depersonalized, supplementary metal account is the agreement on opening and maintaining the depersonalized, supplementary account in precious metals to which conclusion the client to bank submits the documents specified in Item 7 of this Instruction.
