1. Accept the Charter of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied) and to recommend it for ratification.
2. Before entry into force of this Charter the Commonwealth functions according to the signed agreements and the made decisions within the CIS.
It is made in Minsk on January 22, 1993 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Archive of the Government of the Republic of Belarus which will send to the states which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
