1. Bring in the resolution in the Governments of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2001 No. 836 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "About employment of the population" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 23, the Art. 288) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of determination of quota, condition and procedure for issue of the permissions to employers to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 19-1 in the following edition:
"19-1. Issue of permissions by authorized body to employers is made in case of observance of the following conditions by them:
Total number of the involved and involved foreign specialists of the first category shall not exceed 1):
from July 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012 50% of total number of the workers belonging to the first category;
since January 1, 2012 30% of total number of the workers belonging to the first category;
Total number of the involved and involved foreign specialists of the second and third categories shall not exceed 2):
from July 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012 30% of total number of the workers belonging to the second and third categories;
since January 1, 2012 10% of total number of the workers belonging to the second and third categories.
Information on calculation of the Kazakhstan content in personnel is submitted the employer in authorized body in form according to appendix 6-1 to these rules.
