About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2011 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Regulations on Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2002 No. 1218 "About creation of Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 102, 5/11086; 2011, No. 4, 5/33104):
to state subitem 5.1.3 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.1.3. journey of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles, including control of observance of admissible parameters of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles (weight and dimensional control) and control of availability at owners (users) of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles of special permissions to driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public, and also behind observance of the established routes and conditions of traffic by them;";
add Item 6 with subitem 6.13 of the following content:
"6.13. perform detention of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles in the cases established by legal acts.";
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 31.12.2014 No. 1296
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781):
