About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with the edition of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 24, 2011 No. 673 "About Federal Service for Intellectual Property"

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with the edition of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation "About Federal Service for Intellectual Property".

2. To the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control to include in structure of commission of experts for preliminary consideration of question of provision to the Russian organizations of the special operating authority for conducting the identification examination of goods and technologies for the purpose of export control formed according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 21, 2001 N 477 "About system of the independent identification examination of goods and technologies which is carried out for the purpose of export control" instead of representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of representatives of Federal Service for Intellectual Property.
