1. Approve Requirements to determination of operations procedure of personnel of division of physical protection, personnel of division of accounting and control of nuclear materials in the conditions of emergency and crisis situations which are applied.

2. To provide to department of industrial and economic safety, labor protection and civil protection of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine (Onishchenko O. M.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Boyko Yu. A. and Chairman of the State agency of Ukraine on management of exclusion zone Holosha V. I.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
