About approval of the Standard agreement on transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines
According to the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of functioning of the natural gas market", the Regulations on the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.03.95 No. 213 (with changes), the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the Tipovy transportation agreement of natural gas by bulk distribution lines which is attached.
2. To provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex provision of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To the subjects of managing performing activities based on the license for transportation of natural, oil gas and gas (methane) of coal fields by pipelines to bring the contractual relations into accord with requirements of the Standard agreement of transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines till January 1, 2012.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
