About approval of the Procedure for approval by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of plans of sanitation and voluntary settlements

According to part of the eighteenth article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property", article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About renewal of solvency of the debtor or recognition by his bankrupt" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for approval by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for plans of sanitation and voluntary settlements which is applied.

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.), to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective after completion of actions which will provide possibility of implementation by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of powers of state body concerning bankruptcy, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body Chizhmar K. I.
