About approval of the Procedure for use of charitable means which are on the special registration account of Public service concerning disabled people and veterans of Ukraine

According to Articles 1, 20 Laws of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", subitems 28, of 33, of the 36th item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 389, ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of charitable means which are on the special registration account of Public service concerning disabled people and veterans of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine and the State committee of Ukraine for veterans of 03.11.2010 No. 350/57-0 "About approval of the Procedure for use of charitable means which arrive from physical persons and legal entities into the special registration account of the State committee of Ukraine for veterans", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.12.2010 for No. 1209/18504.

3. To provide to social services department (I. Tarabukin) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the commission chairman on carrying out reorganization, the first deputy the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine L. Drozdova.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
