a) as a part of Council the name of position of Bastrykin A. I. state in the following edition: "Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation";
b) include in structure of presidium of Council of Bastrykin A. I. - Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
