About modification and amendments in article 1 of the Resolution of Parliament about fields of activity of the permanent commissions of Parliament No. 48-XVIII of October 29, 2009

Art. I. - In article 1 of the Resolution of Parliament about fields of activity of the permanent commissions of Parliament No. 48-XVIII of October 29, 2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 160-161, of the Art. 482), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

"10. Commission for the environment and climatic changes: policy of the state in the field of environmental protection; long-term use of natural resources; recovery and preserving natural potential; fund of the natural territories protected by the state; use, protection and improvement of such natural resources as soil, water, air, biological diversity, energy; use and utilization of production and household waste; ecological safety; parliamentary control of activities of bodies of the central and local public authority within competence of the commission for the purpose of application of the legislation; promotion of advanced technologies in arrangement of the territories; implementation process monitoring the politician of the state in the field of resources of renewable energy for the purpose of the prevention of negative impact on the environment; monitoring and control of realization of policy of the state in the field of geological researches, long-term use and protection of subsoil; monitoring and control of implementation of international conventions and agreements in the field of environmental protection and climatic changes, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Moldova; monitoring and control of projects implementation, financed from National ecological fund; enhancement of the legislation for the purpose of promotion and tourism development; stimulation of implementation of environmentally friendly technologies; inclusion of nature protection policy in sectoral politicians; prevention and reducing negative impact on the environment of natural disasters and technogenic catastrophes; prevention and reducing negative impact of climatic changes on factors of the environment and national economy; implementation of adaptation measures in connection with climatic changes; promotion of the mechanism of not contaminating development according to the Kyoto protocol.".

Art. II. - This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance.
