About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second Article 38 and Item 9 parts one of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 12, Art. 155; 2006, 14, the Art. 116, No. 30, the Art. 258) after words of "specially authorized central executive body concerning protection of frontier" to add No. with words of "the central executive body in industry of customs affairs".
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
