The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second article 123 of the Family code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135) after the words "conceived by spouses" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with words "(the man and the woman)".
2. This Law becomes effective from day of its publication.
