About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for violation of the legislation on protection of information with limited access which is property of the state
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) such changes:
1) in Article 212-2:
in the paragraph the seventeenth word part one "one to three" shall be replaced with words "to ten to thirty", and words "three to ten" - words "to thirty to hundred";
in the paragraph the second "three to eight" shall be replaced with words word parts two "to thirty to eighty", and words "to five to fifteen" - words "to fifty to hundred fifty";
2) in Article 212-5:
in the paragraph the second word part one "one to two" shall be replaced with words "to twenty to forty", and words "three to eight" - words "to sixty to hundred sixty";
in the paragraph the second "two to seven" shall be replaced with words word parts two "forty to hundred forty", and words "to eight to thirteen" - words "to hundred sixty to two hundred sixty".
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
