1. Bring in the Charter of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2001 No. 320 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 58, 1/2748; 2007, No. 148, 1/8682), following amendment and change:

1.1. add Item 14 with part three of the following content:

"The National Bank has no right to grant the loans, except the cases provided in paragraphs the second and twenty first part one of this Item and also the law on the republican budget for the next financial year and (or) the President of the Republic of Belarus for financing of budget deficit and acquisition of government securities in case of their primary placement.";

2. In three-months time to provide to National Bank and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
