About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

to exclude from the name of the word "and nitric";

to state subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.1. the exclusive right of foreign trade (regarding export) is assigned by mineral or chemical potash fertilizers (further - potash fertilizers) to the state and is implemented by Belaruskali open joint stock company and Belarusian Potash Company private company.

At the same time the Belaruskali open joint stock company performs export of potash fertilizers out of limits of the Republic of Belarus and their realization only to Belarusian Potash Company private company which performs sale of the acquired potash fertilizers outside the republic;

1.2. the potash fertilizers which are exported out of limits of the Republic of Belarus are shown to customs clearance by Belaruskali open joint stock company;";

in Item 3:

from subitem 3.2 and part one of subitem 3.5 of the word "or nitric" to exclude;
