1. Approve the enclosed Rules of automation of maintaining the second level by banks and Development Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company of auxiliary financial accounting and the General ledger.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To accounting department (Shalgimbayeva N. T.):

1) together with Legal department (Sharipov S. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution to the attention of the interested divisions of central office of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations, and also banks of the second level and Development Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company (further - banks).

4. To banks:

1) till July 1, 2008 to bring the automated bank information systems into accord with requirements of this resolution;

2) registered as the legal entity after January 1, 2006 to provide fulfillment of requirements of this resolution within two years from the date of state registration in judicial authorities.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aymanbetova G. Z.
