Rules of collection of payment for provision of information on activities of state bodies and local government bodies

1. These rules determine procedure for collection of payment for provision to the user of information on its information request on activities of state bodies and local government bodies.

2. The payment for provision of information on activities of state bodies and local government bodies is levied if the amount of the required and acquired information exceeds 20 pages of format A 4, or 10 pages of format A 3, or 5 pages of format A 2, or 1 page of the format exceeding the A2 format (by provision of information on paper), or 1 megabyte (by provision of information in electronic form), proceeding from expenses on production of copies of required documents and (or) materials, and also expenses connected with their transfer by mail (except for case, stipulated in Item 4 these rules).

3. If the amount of required information exceeds amount, stipulated in Item 2 these rules, expenses on production of copies of required documents and (or) materials are paid by the user of information in the following size:

10 rubles for each additional page of required information - if required information is stored in state body and local government body on paper in format A 4, or for each additional megabyte by provision of information in electronic form;
