About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rescue services and the status of rescuers"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rescue services and the status of rescuers" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 260) the following amendment:
add Article 7 with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Public rescue units are created by local public administrations and local government bodies from among locals on voluntary basis in coordination with territorial authorities of authorized state body in the field of Civil protection.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
